Purpose and Balance
Andrew has been a Project Manager at Silentium Defence for over two years. With a young family, Andrew values the flexibility his role provides—working from home when needed, dropping his daughter off at school, and enjoying a healthy work-life balance. Drawn to the unique opportunity of working at a small, innovative company creating cutting-edge technology, Christian joined Silentium Defence as an intern. He’s grown alongside the company, graduating from his degree and then advancing to Software Engineer and now Senior Software Engineer. Christian thrives on collaboration and delivering as a team. At Silentium Defence, we aim to create a smooth and engaging application experience for everyone. The process begins with submitting your CV and a tailored cover letter through our careers page or an online job portal, such as Seek or LinkedIn. This is your opportunity to highlight your skills, experiences, and why you’re excited about joining our team.
Once your application is reviewed, successful candidates are invited to an initial interview conducted via MS Teams. This first conversation focuses on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with our company values. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get to know us better.
If you progress beyond the initial interview, you’ll be invited to attend a second interview where we assess your technical capabilities.
The third and final interview in our process is a cultural interview. We believe that ensuring a mutual fit is key to long-term success—for both you and Silentium Defence. The final step in the process is to conduct reference and background checks.
